The Energy Audit began on September 4, 2012 and was completed on October 22, 2012. Included in the completion letter from Mr. Shirley was this statement:
"We would like to compliment the Authority on its efforts to incorporate energy efficiency into its modernization programs and consider all facilities to be highly energy efficient. As you will notice in the report, there are two (2) Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) that the Housing Authority can implement to achieve maximum efficiency at this time. Installing water efficient showerheads and energy star refrigerators in the developments identified in this report should generate sufficient savings to produce a desirable payback period."
