JOB DESCRIPTIONS

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - ANDREW R. RODRIGUEZ
Plans, directs, manages, and supervises the operations of Nampa Housing Authority.

RESIDENT HOUSING SUPERVISOR - EVA AGUILAR
Determines eligibility for public housing residents, maintains waiting lists, prepares required reports, and mediates disputes.  Conducts move-ins and move-outs and coordinates with the Maintenance Department for the preparation of all units.  Supervisor to the Housing Technician.

HOUSING TECHNICIAN - LETICIA MARTINEZ ROMAN
Recertifies interim resident eligibility;  Processes, administers, and records housing unit rental payments, as needed;  Provides clerical and receptionist reports for staff;  Spanish translator and interpreter;  Performs related work, as required.

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - LIZBEHT MARQUEZ
Rent collection, answers phones, work orders for residents, input applications into housing
program, and other duties, as needed. 

FINANCE MANAGER - LINDA FLORCZYK
Performs financial oversight, planning, and administrative duties for the management of the housing authority's budget and finances.  Provides Capital Fund Modernization financial and file assistance to the Maintenance Dept. and the Executive Director.  Website development and management.  Supervisor to the Accounting Specialist.

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - MINDY KINNEY
Processes accounts payable, payroll, and quarterly payroll taxes.  Balances bank deposits and accounts receivable.  Calculates utility allowances, flat rent rates, and provides Capital Fund Modernization financial and file assistance.  Provides Human Resources for employee personnel.

FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY COORDINATOR - JENNIFER POINDEXTER
Provides counseling for residents to become economically independent and self-sufficient.  In collaboration with service providers and county agencies, provide help with a variety of issues, such as education and job training.

ROSS SERVICE COORDINATOR - KELLY GRILL
Provides counseling for residents to become economically independent and self-sufficient.  Assess the needs of the eldrely to help them remain independent during the aging process.  In collaboration with other service providers and county agencies, provides help with a variety of issues and teaches classes accordingly.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - RUDY GONZALEZ
Supervises maintenance staff and manages repair and maintenance of all housing units, ensuring conformance with Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) and OSHA.  Conducts Capital Fund Contractor Bid Specifications, along with coordination of all contracts.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS - RAY MUNSTER, VINCENT AMOGUIS, DERICK VOLPEI
 Performs basic maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, grounds, and equipment.

JANITOR (PART-TIME) - ANA DELFIN
Performs basic cleaning tasks on the Administrative building and Community Center.
